J. Crew Review: Factory Pencil Skirt & OOTD

Recently, the J. Crew Factory Pencil Skirt has not received much love in the Blogisphere - what with splitting rear seams and all.  Since I wore one yesterday and another today, I decided I would give my 2 cents worth.  I actually really, really like the factory pencil skirts.  I have been wearing them for years with no quality issues.  I don't wear the same one frequently and I always dry-clean, never machine wash.  I like that they are a softer cotton than the stiff retail #2s.  What I really like about the factory version are the front pockets.  These are so great for me when I attend networking events - I keep my business cards in one pocket and the business cards I collect in the other pocket.

  1. Your outfit is beautiful, and the skirt is such a gorgeous shade of blue. Just perfect for Florida this time of year, too. :)
