J. Crew Colorblock Top in Stripe
I never noticed this top when it was $68, but when it dropped to $39.99 I took notice. And when it dropped to $29.99 with 30% off, it became mine. I purchased both colorways and really, REALLY like them. The dark stripe in this fuchsia one is really navy, but I wore it with black pants and accessories so don't tell anyone :).
