My $25 Outfit

Seriously, I paid $25 for this outfit.  $10 for the Joe Fresh striped tee and $15 for the Worthington skirt.  Both are from JC Penney.  Have you checked out JC Penney lately?

Worthington via JC Penney skirt - fully lined and pockets!  I'm 5'7 and it hits just above my knee.  I usually wear a size 2 skirt at J Crew and this is a 4 which is the smallest size available.  The skirt also comes in black.  Yes, I bought the black one too.
