Every Friday is a good Friday :).  This coral-y color and the ladybugs make me think of Spring.  I've already worn this shirt once before.  I like it so much I bought the green/blue version too.

Fashion Faux Pas

Last week-end we had record highs here - in the 90s.  The last 2 mornings we've had record lows - in the 50s.  I am definitely NOT complaining - just saying.  The low temps gave me another chance to wear my pink herringbone tweed cafe capris - LOVE.

By the way, on Project Runway last week Rachel Roy said you should never EVER match your shoes and your handbag.  Well, I respectfully disagree.  If matching is wrong, I don't want to be right.

I was able to get this cardigan at my local J. Crew this week-end on sale plus 30% off.  Seems they are sold out online, but my store had lots of this colorway in a full range of sizes.

Sorry for the lack of posts recently.  The time change really gets me.  I simply can't get out of bed when it's still dark outside.

I haven't been purchasing much from J. Crew lately.  I did score the hummingbird cafe capris with my rewards card during a 20% off full price sale and LOVE them.  I have been loving the cute patterned shirts from Gap and recently purchased the butterfly and bird patterned ones.  I will review those when I receive them.

I have been shopping my closet more recently - I have plenty to shop from :)!  This Golden Roses pattern has always been one of my favorite J. Crew patterns.  I had the Factory version of the pencil skirt, but recently sold it as it was way too big.  I was able to score this Collection version recently for a great price and I love it.

Don't Bug Me

How cute is this Gap ladybug shirt?  I tried to check it out in store, but it is online only so I grabbed it during a recent 30% off sale.  It appears to still be available in all sizes and is currently 25% off.  The original price is $54.95 which is a little higher than Gap's shirts are usually.  It does have some cute/special details - buttons on the collar in 3 places, the last 2 buttons down the front are hidden, 3 buttons on the sleeves, and some othe the buttons have pink X stitching.  This also comes in a blue colorway which I just might also need. This is a small so I would definitely say it fits true to size and the fabric is a very nice weight cotton.  Heavy enough to wear on its own, yet light enough to layer.

Sequins, Hearts, Flowers & Bows, Oh My!

This is alot of pink and alot of girly all in one outfit!!  Suprisingly, even my husband liked it.  I threw in the distressed pants to keep it from being too twee.
